The disruption started at approximately 5:30 a.m. Eastern Time, with close to 23,000 users flagging issues before the matter was resolved by 6:15 a.m. X did not offer any clarification regarding the outage on its official platform. Following Elon Musk's acquisition, X witnessed a substantial reduction in its workforce, dwindling from about 7,500 employees to approximately 1,500.
