Venezuela and the US Reach Agreement to Resume Deportation Flights for Migrants

Venezuela has agreed to accept deportation flights from the United States starting tomorrow, following diplomatic tensions stemming from the deportation of 250 Venezuelans to El Salvador. President Maduro had previously suspended flights on March 8 after the withdrawal of Chevron's oil export license.

This development is significant as recent deportations have impacted 350 individuals, including 180 detained at Guantanamo Bay. The agreement could affect 532,000 people from various countries who risk losing humanitarian parole protections amid disputed allegations of gang affiliations.
