Astronomers, under the leadership of Hans Bohringer, have discovered Quipu, a cosmic superstructure that spans 1.3 billion light-years and comprises 200 quadrillion solar masses, establishing it as the largest known structure in the universe. Quipu, along with four other identified superstructures, encompasses 45% of galaxy clusters and 25% of the observable universe's matter. This discovery impacts local galaxy expansion measurements and enhances our comprehension of the Hubble constant.
