On Sunday, Ukraine's military reported shooting down 70 out of the 151 drones that Russia deployed in an overnight attack.

According to Ukraine's air force statement, 74 drones failed to reach their targets, likely due to electronic warfare, with two still airborne.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy disclosed that Russia had unleashed 1,260 aerial bombs, nearly 750 drones, and over 10 types of missiles on Ukraine this week. He attributed Russian military production success to sanctions evasion, high oil prices, and Ukraine's limited long-range missiles and drones.

Expressing gratitude for strengthened sanctions from international allies, Zelenskiy stressed the need for increased global efforts to curb Russia's oil industry capabilities on Telegram messenger.

Moreover, he announced plans to enhance missile and drone production domestically and urged international partners to invest in Ukraine's defense sector.
