Stranded NASA astronaut Sunita (Suni) Williams expressed to CBS, the US partner of the BBC, that being stuck in space presents "an opportunity" to share her experience with a wider audience than she would have had on a shorter mission.
Williams journeyed to the International Space Station on June 5, 2024. NASA intends to bring her and her crewmate, Butch Williams, back to earth on March 19, around nine months later than originally scheduled.
