SEOUL, Jan 31 (Reuters) - South Korea's information privacy watchdog intends to question DeepSeek regarding the management of users' personal information, disclosed an agency official on Friday.
The Personal Information Protection Commission of the country will soon issue a written inquiry to the operators of the Chinese artificial intelligence platform, the official revealed.
Notably, authorities in France, Italy, Ireland, and other countries are scrutinizing DeepSeek's handling of personal data.
