Citigroup Names Chris Biotti Head of North America's Private Bank

Citigroup named Chris Biotti as the new head of its private bank for North America on Wednesday. Biotti, previously an executive in Bank of America's Northeast division, will officially join Citi in late May. In an internal memo seen by Reuters, Citi's head of wealth, Andy Sieg, announced that Cayman Wills will act as interim head until Biotti assumes the role. Following a four-year tenure leading the global private bank, Citigroup veteran Ida Liu disclosed her departure last month.
