Albania's government granted strategic investor status to a luxury resort project affiliated with Jared Kushner's company on December 30. The project, located on Sazan Island, will span 45 hectares with a planned investment of 1.4 billion euros, anticipated to generate 1,000 jobs. Kushner's firm, Atlantic Incubation Partners LLC, is focused on enhancing local economies through tourism but is encountering environmental resistance. According to the Strategic Investment Committee, the endeavor will entail a collaboration with the state-operated Albanian Investment Corporation.
