The potential impact of travel restrictions on the World Bank due to visa issues was also acknowledged by Banga, who underlined that the institution's operations differed from bilateral aid. Additionally, on the topic of the return-to-office plans for World Bank staff, Banga stated that the current mandate of four days a week was expected to remain in place, with no immediate plans to increase it to five, in contrast to recent directives for federal workers in the U.S.
