WASHINGTON, Jan 31 (Reuters) - The White House announced on Friday that Special U.S. envoy Ric Grenell is currently in Venezuela collaborating with local authorities on repatriating members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt informed reporters that Grenell's mission includes ensuring the safe return of all U.S. detainees in Venezuela.
