U.S. negotiators have reportedly warned Ukraine that they may cut off its access to Starlink internet services if an agreement on critical minerals is not reached. The U.S. Special Envoy Keith Kellogg conveyed to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy the possibility of the service being terminated if negotiations were unsuccessful. According to Melinda Haring, a senior fellow, the loss of Starlink could significantly impact Ukraine's military strategy, especially in drone operations. A divide has emerged between Trump and Zelenskiy concerning the conflict, with Trump referring to Zelenskiy as "a dictator without elections" in response to Zelenskiy's criticism.
