Oasis fans expressed disappointment after Ticketmaster canceled their tickets to the band's reunion tour, accusing them of being bots.

Some fans of the Manchester band were frustrated by the accusation of rule-breaking when purchasing tickets for Oasis Live '25, starting on July 4th.

For instance, Leighah Conroy, 24, from Cumbria, mentioned that her friend bought tickets in August but later received an email from the ticket website stating that "bots were used to make this purchase."

In response, a Ticketmaster spokesperson mentioned a form available for those who believe their tickets were canceled incorrectly.

Leighah Conroy described feeling "sick to the stomach" upon hearing the news, expressing her shattered dream of seeing the band, which had been on her bucket list for years.

She also criticized the company's handling of the situation as "totally outrageous," pointing out the lack of satisfactory explanations provided to fans.

Additionally, a fan from Spain who had spent over £3,000 on tickets for herself, her husband, and teenage children to see Oasis at Wembley on August 3rd, encountered a similar situation with Ticketmaster.

This fan, Marta Bonnet, initially thought the email was fake, but upon realizing its authenticity, she felt "shocked then angry" and spent nearly five hours trying to resolve the issue with the company through email and direct messages.

Feeling frustrated, Marta Bonnet mentioned she would avoid buying tickets from the company in the future, suggesting that there must be a better way to address the issue of bots without penalizing legitimate ticket buyers.

She shared her disappointment, highlighting the potential impact on her family's trip to the UK if they miss seeing Oasis perform.

A Ticketmaster spokesperson stated that those who believe their refund was a mistake were sent a form to request a review by the tour's promoters.
