New accusations have emerged against Sean "Diddy" Combs, with a man alleging that the incarcerated rapper drugged and sexually assaulted him at a New York nightclub in 2012.
The individual, who was 17 at the time, reportedly paid a bouncer to gain entry to the club and was subsequently invited to Combs' private table, where he was served multiple shots of vodka.
After consuming the drinks, the man claimed that he started feeling "hazy and disoriented," eventually losing consciousness and control of his body.
Combs has consistently refuted the various allegations brought against him in civil suits, previously denouncing them as "sickening." The BBC has reached out to his team for comment on the fresh accusations.
Identified as John Doe in court records, the accuser alleged that he was taken to a secluded area of the SoHo establishment where drugs were being used and individuals were interacting with escorts.
He realized that the drinks he had been given were tampered with, affecting his mental faculties.
According to the plaintiff, he drifted in and out of consciousness and though he was aware of the situation, he was unable to prevent it.
The accusation suggests that the plaintiff, described as "defenseless," was sexually assaulted by Combs in the nightclub's back room.
In response to unrelated federal criminal charges, Combs' attorney stated to the BBC, "In court, the reality will emerge: Mr. Combs never committed any sexual assault or trafficking - regardless of gender or age."
Amidst mounting legal issues, fellow rapper Kanye West recently urged President Donald Trump to grant Combs a pardon ahead of his impending trial.
Expressing solidarity on social media, the 24-time Grammy winner publicly appealed to Trump: "FREE PUFF," followed by another post directly addressing the president: "@realDonaldTrump PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF."
Combs is currently being held in a New York correctional facility awaiting trial on federal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering.
