Argentine President Javier Milei has signed a decree to convert Banco de la Nación Argentina into a corporation, with the aim of streamlining its potential future privatization or enabling private investors to participate in its ownership. The bank presently boasts assets totaling US$ 48 billion, deposits amounting to US$ 33 billion, and a net worth of US$ 15 billion.
