Actress Lily Collins, known for her role in Emily in Paris, has announced the arrival of her first child via surrogacy, introducing her daughter as "Tove Jane McDowell."
Expressing deep gratitude towards their surrogate and support network, Collins shared a photo of her sleeping baby girl next to a blanket embroidered with her name, concluding with the heartfelt words: "We love you to the moon and back again."
This joyful news followed a birthday tribute to her father, musician Phil Collins. The post featured snapshots of the duo together, including a moment from his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in 1999 when Lily was just 10 years old.
Originally from Guildford and raised in Los Angeles, Lily Collins embarked on her acting career at a young age. She gained prominence as Emily Cooper in the popular Netflix series Emily in Paris, showcasing the character's adventures in both Paris and Rome in the latest season.
