Kremlin Refuses to Confirm Sharing Russia's Ukraine Demands with US

On Thursday, the Kremlin refrained from responding to a Reuters report about Russia presenting the U.S. with a list of demands to resolve the conflict in Ukraine and improve relations with Washington. According to two sources, Russian and American officials have been in talks, both in person and virtually, discussing Moscow's conditions over the past three weeks. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated, "I can neither confirm nor comment on this. I can only reiterate that there is a significant amount of misinformation that inaccurately reflects reality, corresponding only in part."
