On February 6, 2024, Banca Mediolanum of Italy announced a remarkable 36% increase in its annual net profit, reaching a record of 1.12 billion euros ($1.16 billion).

The net interest income surged by 8% to 811.1 million euros, aligning with previous forecasts from November. However, the bank anticipates a 5% decline in net interest income for the current year.

The bank's proposal includes a dividend of 1.00 euro per share, following an interim dividend of 0.37 euros per share.
