Canada's Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc announced on Thursday that Canada will postpone the implementation of a proposed second round of retaliatory tariffs on $125 billion worth of U.S. products until April 2. This decision comes after President Donald Trump signed an executive order exempting goods from Canada and Mexico from the 25% tariffs under the North American trade pact for a month.
