Bodies of Eight PRCS Medics Recovered Following Israeli Strike on Ambulances in Gaza

Eight bodies of Palestine Red Crescent medics were recovered from a mass grave in Rafah, Gaza, along with six civil defense workers and one UN employee. These individuals were attacked by Israeli forces while providing humanitarian assistance on March 23. This incident represents the deadliest assault on Red Cross workers in nearly a decade, increasing the total number of PRCS staff killed in Gaza since October 2023 to 27. More than 400 aid workers have lost their lives during the conflict, severely hampering humanitarian efforts.
