Apple has announced the launch of a new initiative called the Apple Health Study to expand its commitment to health-care research. Building upon initiatives like the Apple Women's Health Study, this project will collect health data from iPhones and Apple Watches. Participants have the flexibility to select which data to share and can opt out of the study whenever they wish. The aim of this study is to investigate how data collected from devices such as iPhones, AirPods, and Apple Watches can potentially forecast changes in users' health.
